In total, salary arrears accumulated about 70 million rubles, and on July 25, employees began to file lawsuits for not receiving money since June. In total, 75 cases were registered in the courts of general jurisdiction in Moscow.
The liquidator of the enterprise, Pavel Sedov, explained that it would not be possible to liquidate the company so easily, since the legal entity must have enough money in its accounts to pay creditors and employees.
And if Game Insight in Russia is declared bankrupt, employees can expect payrolls for several years.
