At least some former Kaspersky Lab employees claim to have faced a certain backlash from the personnel department when they wanted to move to other countries. They were just told to quit. As one former employee put it, he knows “at least five other people” in the same situation as him.
But a representative of Kaspersky Lab refuted these words, saying that there have been cases of displacement before, but for this the employee must meet a set of criteria.
“We process such requests individually: we look at the availability of a vacant position in the selected region, the internal expertise of the employee and knowledge of the local market, we take into account the working principles of a particular team. If an employee meets the conditions specified in the vacant position, his candidacy is evaluated with priority; In case of successful completion of the interviews, they will be able to relocate. Such cases have already happened,” said Kaspersky Lab’s press service.
