Google Play is allowed to use third-party payment systems in Russia

Google has introduced new payment rules in the Google Play store in Russia.

Now developers are allowed to use third-party payment systems (this only applies to in-game purchases).

Starting August 2, 2022, the provisions of the Google Play review policy requiring the use of the Google Play payment system do not apply to developers who distribute applications through Google Play, require or accept payments from users in Russia during this time period.
