Some iPhone 14 Pro owners have received from Apple that they cannot use MagSafe Duo charging properly due to the too large camera block.
The iPhone 14 Pro can’t exactly lay on the MagSafe Duo because the camera unit is touching the charge. As a result, the smartphone does not fit snugly against the device, although it does not come across during charging.
The problem is exacerbated if the iPhone 14 Pro is wearing a case with a large camera bump. In some cases, it was removed in order to properly charge the smartphone.
