The State Duma in three readings approved two laws to support mobilized businessmen. The first entitles LLC owners to vacation credit, the second allows sole proprietors and legal entities to retain legal rights to the business for the duration of their service.

The laws adopted by the State Duma concern entrepreneurs of small and medium-sized enterprises.

first law grants the owners of limited liability companies called for mobilization the right to vacation credit. They will be valid for the mobilization period plus 30 days.

As of September 2022, 71.4 thousand LLCs in Russia were indebted for loans.

Second Law It allows individual entrepreneurs and legal entities to organize the management of trusts for organizations or to keep the business for themselves for life. Previously, according to the law on the status of military personnel, they could not carry out business activities either on their own account or by representation.

According to State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin, at the moment 35%, or 797,000 registered small and medium-sized businesses, are businesses with a single male owner aged 18-60.
