On the Ozon Classifieds service, users can transact through Ozon chat or by phone. In order for sellers to have the opportunity not to show their real phone number to a wide audience, MTT developed the Incognito solution, which replaces the seller’s personal number with a virtual one.

According to MTT JSC representatives, calls are now diverted from 200 thousand of those numbers. At the same time, buyers can call a virtual number, but they will not be able to send SMS or instant messages to it.

In addition to ensuring security, Incognito allows the site owner to record conversations for quality control, statistics gathering, and analysis of potential disputes. When connected, the system informs users that conversations are being recorded.
