Apple has sought to appeal the Federal Antimonopoly Service’s decision to remove from its documents provisions that allow third-party developers to refuse to publish apps on the AppStore. This was related to the rejection of versions of the parental control program Kaspersky Safe Kids, where the developer accused Apple of unreasonable actions.
As a result, the court dismissed Apple’s complaint. In the court file, the phrase “The court decision does not change, the complaint is not satisfied” is written.
