This Monday (the 24th), The post office’s tracking service is not working, according to user complaints. According to reports, the problems would have started last week and show the error “Authentication gateway API failed” right after the user enters the authentication code.
According to complaints posted on Twitter, the Post Office tracking tool has been offline since at least last Friday (21). On Downdetector, a service monitoring website, complaints have been recorded since at least 9am.

in tests done by TecMundo User-reported error message is also presented on Correios website. However, the message displayed in the mail service application is different stating that the object in question could not be found. Other users reported that tracking only works in the app.
In a note, the Post Office reported that the monitoring service had a “short burst” in the morning, but that has become normal.
“During a routine update this Monday (24) Monday morning, the Post Office tracking service experienced a brief outage. Access to the system has been normalized at 12:13 am today. The company is sorry for any inconvenience and is available through the channels relationship officers,” the agency said.

Also Monday (24), the Correios auction begins with 41,000 items “forgotten” during deliveries. Objects include iPhones, laptops, accessories such as cases, chargers and headphones, decorations, household items, clothing and more.
