The Russian Ministry of Transport has prepared a draft amendment to Resolution No. 353 of March this year, according to which organizations will be allowed to repair aircraft using non-original parts and consumables.
In addition, the same project provides for the possibility of using certain modifications and carrying out repairs on the basis of technical documentation developed in countries that are not even the developers of this aircraft.
Under the sanctions pressure of domestic companies for a long time, there have been increasing demands in terms of the selection of original spare parts, manufactured specifications approved by the aviation regulators of countries – aircraft manufacturers, preparations for the launch of the production of similar components in Russia with a rejection of certification are taking too long.
However, aircraft manufacturers in a number of countries have already agreed to release non-genuine PMA, EPA and TSOA compliant spare parts that are approved for use on aircraft to receive technical documents for consideration. It is this composition of the components that is planned to be approved for use in Russia.
Such a stage-by-stage installation by the domestic operation of foreign aircraft expands the applied range of components, installing both original spare parts and non-original ones, which ensures the airworthiness of the Russian aircraft fleet of the location. appointment.
