More than half of Russians (55%) in cities with a population of more than 100,000 use multi-service subscriptions that include access to two or more services or special offers. At the same time, Yandex Plus was recognized as the most useful subscription, a study by the Marketing Information Center showed.
More than 2.5 thousand respondents participated in the survey, during the study the usefulness of the services included in the subscription was evaluated. A total of 12 multiservice subscriptions were studied.
- According to the totality of the evaluations of the individual services within the subscriptions, Yandex Plus became the most useful subscription (49% of respondents who are familiar with the subscription rated most of the included services as useful for them , 26% rated half of the services as useful , the most useful service in the subscription is a taxi).
- Second place in terms of utility was taken by the Ozone Premium subscription (estimates of 41% and 28%, respectively, the most useful service being free delivery).
- The Tinkoff Pro subscription took third place (39% and 29%, subscription users value special economic conditions).
In general, 95% of the respondents are aware of the existence of multi-service subscriptions. At the same time, Yandex Plus, SberPrime and YouTube Premium have the highest recognition.
These subscriptions are most common among residents of large cities aged 18-29 (63% of this group use at least one multi-service subscription).
The study also showed that people with families with children are more interested in multi-service subscriptions.
