Twitter employees who were fired by Elon Musk today filed a class action lawsuit with the company at the U.S. District Court in San Francisco.

The lawsuit alleges that employees failed to provide advance notice of the structure being formalized under the Federal Regulation and Retraining Act (WARN). A permanent employer is required to report upcoming structures 60 days in advance.

The document recorded that one of the plaintiffs had already been fired at the time of admission, and three others had their account frozen at the company, an action that is expected to raise alarms that they will soon be formally fired.
