Over the past six months, the number of “empty” buildings handed over for recycling has increased by 20%.
The Russians began to sell themselves more often, and some companies use their repeated cases of infection and a shortage of foreign components, or restore and sell them under the appearance of new ones. This was announced by Vladislav Bondarev, director of the association SKO “Electronics-Utilization”.
It should also be noted that when handing over for recycling, Russians also remove other components from equipment, including cables.
The proportion varies greatly depending on the transfer of technology. The largest number of handed over equipment without electronic elements comes from scrap metal purveyors and assemblers.

Bondarev gives that citizens and companies are actively handing over electronic elements separately for the processing of non-ferrous metals.
Dmitry Sorokin, chief ecologist of PK Vtoralyuminprodukt LLC, is sure that “various handicraft industries and civil cooperatives at the risk of payments” are expected in Russia. This leaves an advertisement for the purchase of spare parts for Avito.
In the meantime, the problem of the sales market has aggravated for the utilizers themselves because of the decision. In the past 10 years, they have bought boards from medium and small machinery factories for sale in China and Europe. However, after the start of the pandemic, fees from Russia increased.
