“Nubank has detected a surge in the loading of the home page of its app, affecting a very small portion of its customers. We are sorry for what happened and inform you that the issue has already been resolved,” the company said in a statement.
On Monday night (21), the bank’s Twitter account reported that it was experiencing “a surge in our system” in response to users.

According to monitoring platform Downdetector,Problems with the Nubank app recorded the first complaints at noon🇧🇷 Bank customers, especially social networks, complain about the situation and report the problems caused by the malfunction.
Among the reports, there are people stating that the app is closing accounts🇧🇷 In some cases, the application indicates that “an error has occurred” already in the login area. The in-app message reads “Sorry, we couldn’t load your information. Please check your connection and try again later”.
