The parties hope that the consolidation of media resources will allow the project to develop faster and attract more users and trainers.

Holding “We eat at home!” received 20% of the company’s authorized capital. In addition to the funding, the startup will receive a “media resource pack” from the company.

Before the transaction, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, 40% of the project belonged to the founder Konstantin Vetoshkin, 32% to Evgeny Stepanov, 17% to Arusyak Kalantarova, 10% to Olga Avilova and 1% to Mikhail Poltavsky.

The Eight platform (Eight Sport LLC) was launched by Konstantin Vetoshkin, co-owner of the Ivan Rakovar Rakovary network, his partner Olga Avilova and Mikhail Poltavsky in 2020. In September 2021, the startup attracted the first investment in the amount of 20 million rubles from a group of private investors.

As of October 24, more than 40 trainers are registered on the app. The cost of fitness marathons on the platform ranges from 290 to 5,990 rubles and depends on the duration and content of the program.
