Bloomberg reports that Apple has decided on the title of the system for the future VR / AR helmet.
The company changed its name from realOS to xrOS. According to Mark Gurman, XR in xrOS stands for augmented reality.
It is expected that the helmet will work on mixed reality technologies, it will combine the real world and the virtual one. The helmet will have special lenses for increased comfort.
Gurman also added that in the risk increase project, responsible for Pages, Keynote, Numbers, Notes and Apple News. The project is at the final stage. [9to5]
