Ukrainians called for a boycott of the creators of the game “The Witcher”. The reason for all this is the refinement of the Russian version.

One of the Ukrainian sites writing about video games tweeted that the studio should be boycotted after CD Projekt RED’s continued collaboration with Russian audiences turned out to be disingenuous in its statements in support of Ukrainians. The tweeter wrote that he deleted Cyberpunk 2077 and will not play the Witcher 3 update.

He also noted that there is no Ukrainian language in the game and that completing the Russian localization seems like a double standard. According to the author of the tweet, the studio supports the economy of the Russian Federation by paying for the work of dubbing actors.
