Timberland brand stores in Russia have been renamed Bootwood. The rebranding took place three days ago, a store employee told RB.RU. Earlier, the media wrote that the manager of the Timberland brand in Russia could change the name of the mono-brand stores in Russia.
The stores of the American clothing manufacturer Timberland have received a new name in Russia – Bootwood. An employee of one of the stores told RB.RU about the rebranding, which took place three days ago.
The editor of RB.RU saw a new sign on the site of the old Timberland in the Europolis shopping center in Moscow.
The fact that the Timberland store in the Tallinnskoye store is now called Bootwood is indicated in the store’s message in the VKontakte group.
The Timberland store site in Russia continues to work, clothes can be purchased online.
According to the latest data, JamilCo is working with the Timberland brand in Russia. The distributor had previously filed trademark applications with Rospatent, including Bootwood. According to media reports, JamilCo has considered rebranding monobrand stores, including Timberland, but has not yet officially announced its plans.

According to a company spokesperson, “the Timberland brand will not change its name.”
