At the same time, Ericsson will hand over its customer support business in Russia to the company’s former operating managers. Under the agreement, 40 employees, certain assets and contracts will be transferred to the Russian side.

“The wholly owned Ericsson Russia division has signed an asset transfer agreement to transfer its customer support business in Russia to a Russian company owned by former Ericsson Russian operations managers,” the company said in a statement.
