The European Union imposed sanctions on Russian banks, officials, State Duma deputies, Federation Council members, individuals and organizations. The list is published in the EU newspaper, the sanctions come into force from the date of publication.

Sanctions have been imposed, in particular, on Roskomnadzor, the head of the Ministry of Digital Development Maksut Shadayev, Nikita Mikhalkov, Moscow Credit and Far Eastern Banks: their assets in the EU will be frozen.

In addition, a company from the EU countries is now prohibited from providing advertising and marketing services to Russia, conducting public opinion surveys and testing products. The broadcasting licenses of NTV channels Ren TV, Channel One, Russia-1 will be suspended.
