The approval of the start-up support plan by the Skolkovo Board of Directors was reported in the fund’s press service.

The amount of financial support under subsidies from the federal budget in 2023 will be more than 4.6 billion rubles. These funds will be distributed in the form of grants, cost recovery, and funding for federal projects, including:

  • “Digital Technologies” – 1.05 billion rubles;
  • “Rise – from startup to IPO” – 855 million rubles;
  • “University Technological Entrepreneurship Platform” – 731 million rubles;
  • “Development of the electronics and radio electronics industry” – 467 million rubles.

467 million rubles will be allocated to reimburse informal investors who invest in Skolkovo participants. Starting in 2023, a new subsidy will be introduced to offset the costs of Skolkovo participants for payment of insurance premiums: in the first year of operation, its amount will be 1.1 billion rubles.
