CES 2023 kicks off in Las Vegas! To kick off the new year, Samsung is already presenting innovations at the show, including a series of unprecedented monitors with the latest technologies.

Standing out among the innovations is the Odyssey Neo G9, which improves the experience of the gamer series that first brought 7,680 x 2,160 resolution and 32:9 ratio. In addition, the company introduced products for the ViewFinity and Smart Monitor series.

New 57” Odyssey Neo G9

With its gigantic size, the new Odyssey Neo G9 identifies with the G95NC number and is packed with cutting-edge features for gamers. The 57” ultra wide screen has 1000R curvature, has Mini LED technology and is a world first with 7680 x 2160 resolution and 32:9 aspect ratio.

The model also stands out with bringing a matte-coated screen, reducing reflections and supporting DisplayPort 2.1, which is twice as fast as the previous generation, and a 240 Hz refresh rate.

Pricing and availability are yet to be announced, but the 49” version retails for around R$13,000 in Brazil.

Odyssey OLED G9

Another new member of the Odyssey series is the OLED G9. As the name suggests, the G95SC monitor has an OLED display that provides greater contrast and better color display.

The specifications of the ultra-wide monitor also include a 49” screen, 1800R curvature and 32:9 aspect ratio. The product also features Samsung’s Smart Hub, which includes Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video for games, as well as streaming apps installed in the product such as GeForce Now and xCloud.

ViewFinity S9

The ViewFinity S9 (S90PC) for creatives features a 27″ screen and 5K resolution (5120×2880). The product stands out for bringing powerful color calibration tools. In addition to the Matte finish to prevent reflections.

The model continues to include support for direct connection of peripherals via USB-C and Thunderbolt 4, as well as including a 4K camera with native support for Google Meet and other streaming applications.

Smart Monitor M8

Another prominent feature of Samsung at CES 2022 is the Smart Monitor M8 (M80C), which now has a 27″ version. The product, which has 4K resolution and a slim design, as in the 32” model, has four color options: blue, green, pink and white.

Supporting up to 90° height and angle adjustment, the product has support for connecting to other devices via SmartThings Hub, which functions as a control center for smart products. Also, the model comes with pre-installed apps like Netflix, Prime Video and Nvidia GeForce Now and xCloud.

Like the ViewFinity series model, the product also now includes a camera with 2K resolution and support for apps like Google Meet. The monitor even has a remote control, bringing the experience closer to that of a Smart TV.
