Hackers have released a file containing the personal details of 209.5 million Twitter users. The 12 GB file contains information about users’ first and last names, email addresses, logins, profile creation dates.

The telegram channel “Information Leaks” writes about the leakage of confidential data of Twitter users.

A file containing information about users’ first and last names, the number of their subscribers, email addresses, logins, and the date the profile was created is publicly available. The 12 GB file is noted to contain the personal data of 209.5 million Twitter users.

5.6 million email addresses are registered in the .ru domain, indicating that these addresses belong to Russian users. The last date of creation of the profile in the database is December 15, 2021.

The publication of this database is a confirmation of the Twitter leak that occurred on December 26. It was then reported that hackers put a database of 400 million lines of Twitter user data up for sale.

The last Twitter leak took place on August 5, 2022. Then the data of 5.4 million users of the social network was leaked to the network.
