British TW Electronics aims to put an end to the low battery problem in remote controls of devices with Google TV. During CES 2023, the company an accessory that charges automatically via artificial lighting.
Using the same layout as standard Google TV controls, the differential is the photovoltaic panel at the bottom. Developed by Exeger, a Swedish solar cell company, the piece allows the item to use light to charge the internal battery.

Unfortunately, TW Electronics has not announced when the new Google TV remote will be released and when the MSRP will be released.. However, the expectation is that the model will be released in 2023.
