Advertising managers, secretaries and customer service specialists are the least satisfied with their salaries, a study by the SuperJob service has shown. Among those who are usually most satisfied with their earnings are programmers, designers, and doctors.
The survey involved 2.5 thousand employed representatives of the economically active population from all districts of the country.
Among programmers, the majority are those who are satisfied with their salary: 38% of IT specialists reported a sufficient salary. This is explained by the fact that the growth of the income of IT specialists is faster than inflation – in 2022, salaries in this area increased by an average of 15%.
Every third design engineer (33%) is also satisfied with their salary: in the construction industry, salaries increased by an average of 12.5%. In third place are the representatives of middle and high management (29%).
The top 5 professions, whose representatives are most satisfied with their earnings, also include medical workers (28%), lawyers, and human resource managers (25% each).
Less than satisfied with salary, advertising managers reported: Only one in ten is satisfied with their own earnings. Satisfied with his earnings, only every ninth secretary and customer service specialist.
