Sierra Forest Xeon chips will reportedly have at least 344 cores (four tiles with 86 cores). Rumors also point to a variant with more cores – 528. There will be 132 cores per tile.
Recall that Sapphire Rapids entering the market have up to 60 cores, so a significant increase is expected.
