Russian developer DaData has launched a service with which you can determine which legal entity owns a corporate email address. This was reported to RB.RU by a DaData representative. The company collects a business certificate from official sources: the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the Federal Tax Service and others.

Russian DaData launched a service to determine the legal entity of a company by its corporate mail

With the help of the “Company by Email” service, marketers and sales specialists will be able to qualify leads.

“Potential customers leave an email on the site as a means of feedback when they submit an application or register somewhere on the Internet. Having received detailed data about the organization, the company can instantly assess the importance of the application, ”DaData explained about the idea for the service.

The company collects details about the business from official sources (EGRLE, FTS, etc.): name, TIN, income, number of employees, industry according to OKVED, and even the city of registration with the time zone for calling time.

As reported, the new product already knows 640,000 mail domains: they are all large Russian companies, and most of them are small. DaData plans to continue replenishing the directory. The first 50 addresses can be verified for free, then the company charges 5 rubles for one address. DaData ensures that they do not accept money if they do not find details about the company.

The developers report that the service can also be used to simplify the application form on the site: “By not requiring customers to provide data that can be obtained automatically, businesses can get more comprehensive questionnaires.”

You can also distribute leads to the most suitable salespeople without delay. For example, important clients are automatically transferred to specialists responsible for a particular region or industry.

The service works via API, it can be connected to a website, CRM, mobile, cloud or web application. Abroad, DaData is called similar services of lush, apollo, clearbit. In Russia, it was difficult for developers to name similar solutions.
