The devices received options with two processors to choose from: Intel Core i7-13700H and i9-13900H. At the same time, unlike Apple laptops, the new Galaxy Book comes with NVIDIA RTX 4050 and RTX 4070 graphics cards.
The Galaxy Book 3 Pro, Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360, and Book 3 Pro 16″ models will be even slower than a MacBook Pro 14 with a reduced 10-core M2 Pro processor. In terms of battery life, Apple laptops will also have MacBook and about 30% more expensive.
For those looking for a “light gaming” laptop, the base Galaxy Book 3 Ultra, priced at $2,199, looks attractive. Younger models may not be as competitive.
