As of 19:45 Moscow time, the number of user complaints has increased dramatically, mainly related to difficulties in accessing the social network’s website. 13% of users report problems with the application, 8% complain about the site.
Most of the messages come from VK users from Moscow. Users from other Russian cities also report failures.
“Users in some regions may experience short-term issues loading the social network. Now we are completing the work to fully restore access,” the VKontakte press service told RB.RU.
