The main Runet headhunter and founder of the Facancy job search service, Alena Vladimirskaya, launched a free project for young professionals in Uzbekistan – Ustoz (Uzbek teacher, mentor).
The project has entry criteria: age – up to 30 years, higher education, good knowledge of English, work experience in an office position of 1 year, residence and desire to develop a career in Uzbekistan.
All listeners who have passed the selection will enter a closed Telegram channel, where broadcasts, practical cases and career inquiries will take place. Alena Vladimirskaya will be assisted by local HR consultants and top managers from leading Uzbek companies.
“I have been working with several leading employers in Uzbekistan for more than a year. And I see how difficult it is for young Uzbeks to move up the career ladder. I decided to help young professionals grow their careers for free, ”Vladimirskaya said.
The project will run throughout 2023. You can participate from any city in Uzbekistan.
