On February 10, Alor Broker began buying Eurobonds from telecommunications holding company Veon from holders in Russia. Holders are offered two options to repurchase securities.

In the first option, it is possible to exchange the papers for new Vimpelcom ruble bonds maturing in 2028; in the second option, it is proposed to buy them at a discount.

Applications are accepted until March 3, 2023. Settlements will be made in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank on the date of the transaction.

Bondholders can email the society and discuss the details until February 28.
