The survey also showed that some Americans don’t know which diets are best for their hearts. In fact, 10% of respondents chose fast food as a heart-friendly food. Also, 45% of respondents admitted to having fast food at least once a week.

Experts also added that proper nutrition alone is not enough for health. Physical activity is also important. And just walking is enough.
