Wildberries thought about creating a buyer rating. The marketplace has started testing a new feature: company representatives will rate customers. In the future, buyers with a high score will receive additional bonuses and services.

Wildberries began testing the buyer rating feature

A Wildberries representative talked about testing the new tool. Starting February 15, Wildberries representatives rate customers based on the results of interacting with them. Criteria for such an interaction in Wildberries were not mentioned.

In the first stage, the assessment will be available for internal use only. In the future, Wildberries will give customers a high score with bonuses, additional services and special offers.

Wildberries is also preparing to reform the payment system for collection point owners. The amount of payments will be calculated based on many factors, for example, the standard of living of people in the village and the cost of rent in a particular place.

On February 15, Wildberries reported a 98% increase in turnover from sales of goods and services in 2022 (up to 1.669 trillion rubles) compared to 2021.
