According to therapist Pavel Ramensky, movement improves the nutrition of organs due to active blood circulation. The doctor emphasized that our bodies evolve so that we can stay active throughout life.

“With moderate exercise, you can literally turn back the clock. Research shows that being active slows down the deterioration of health and protects against cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and even some types of cancer,” explained the expert.

During physical activity, healing processes such as regeneration of cartilage tissue, healing of micro cracks, production of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory molecules are initiated in our body.

Ramensky noted that all these processes reduce the risk of developing diabetes, obesity, cancer, osteoporosis, Alzheimer’s disease, depression and premature death.
