CROC opens registration for the special Sales UPgrade project for managers who are ready to develop in b2b sales in IT. During the two-week program, participants will immerse themselves in the principles of selling and gain the knowledge to help them get started in the digital world. The best graduates will receive a job offer at CROC.
According to TAdviser, the volume of the Russian market for IT services at the end of 2021 increased by 15% and amounted to 485 billion rubles. Data for 2022 is not yet available, but in general, we can say that IT companies feel confident and are looking for new ways of development, while IT specialties remain in demand and the demand for them will only grow.
A CROC education project will help b2b sales managers switch industries and continue their careers in the IT market. As part of the two-week program, participants will be able to apply new knowledge in practice and receive feedback from successful vendors of IT services.
Managers with at least three years of experience in the field of b2b sales and the ability to work with “cold” contacts, understand the client’s requests and needs can participate in the project. At the end of the program, the best participants will be offered to be part of the CROC team.
“CROC has always been a place of attraction for people who are ready to face the challenges of the market and stay in tune with the trends. That is why the previous experience of the participant and the high level of her motivation to change her life, expand her professional horizons and also increase her own income are important to us. This is a program for those who feel the need for constant development, who believe that their income depends only on themselves.— says Ivan Rubtsov, Deputy Director General for Key Accounts of the company, member of the Board of Directors of CROC.
The main speaker of the course will be Alexey Marushevsky, b2b consultant, managing partner of ABM-expert, director of Boon Edam Russia. He has twenty years of experience in marketing and sales in challenging markets. CROC’s sales managers will also share his experience. They will introduce participants to the IT solutions market, the characteristics of IT accounting.
You can submit an application and study information about the selection stages on the project website until March 20. The program begins on April 3.
