Chestny Znak, the national digital merchandise marking and tracking system, announces the start of accepting applications for the MARKING HACK online hackathon. During the competition, which will take place from March 24 to 26, teams will need to create new business products based on product data from the system.
The winners will share the prize fund of 900 thousand rubles, and will also have the opportunity to sell their product.
Who can participate
You can participate in the hackathon:

data scientists and analysts;

developers;
-
product managers and product teams;
-
UX/UI designers.
Both individual participants, who will later be assigned to teams, and already formed teams of three to five people can apply.
What is to be done
Teams must solve one of two problems to choose:

Develop a product for the effective management of inventories, distribution and commercial sales. It is important that the development has a positive economic effect for the client.

Develop a product to predict production or sales performance. Forecast accuracy should be at least 85%.
The experts will also assess how the proposed solutions benefit end users, not just businesses; this is one of the important evaluation criteria.
Teams have 40 hours to complete the tasks. Entrants must use the Chestny Znak labeling system product data sets. More details about the tasks can be found on the website.
