Lanit Ventures acquired 25% of the Colife coliving rental service. The venture fund will participate equally in the company’s international projects. Colife’s founders will remain in the project and continue to run the business.

Lanit Ventures bought 25% of Colife coliving

A Lanit Ventures representative told RB.RU about the deal. The fund did not disclose the amount of the investments. Lanit Ventures became the owner of a 25% stake in the Colife service.

A rental service based on the Colife coliving model was founded in Moscow in 2018. In 2022, the project moved its headquarters to Dubai.

“With the support of the Lanit group, Colife plans to make greater use of the possibilities of data analysis, artificial intelligence and cloud computing. This will improve the quality of customer service, provide convenient and fast personalized service, and most importantly, accelerate new market entry and scaling,” Lanit Ventures said.

In October 2021, Colife opened the first coliving house in Russia in the 1789 mansion building in Moscow. The house has 58 rooms for rent, coworking areas, bar and service.

In December 2022, Colife entered the Turkish market. At the launch in Istanbul, almost 63 thousand euros were invested.

According to the current data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities at the time of publication, 45.75% of the capital of Colife manager Colife LLC belongs to the co-founder of the project Yuri Provkin, 44.25% to the co-founder Artem Babinov, 10% to Dmitri Bronnikov.
