The Russian perfume chains “Letoile” and “Golden Apple” decided to develop projects in neighboring countries. The former is considering entering Kazakhstan, Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Mongolia, the latter plans to open a fourth store in Kazakhstan by the end of 2023.
In February several vacancies appeared in Letual’s portfolio at HeadHunter. The description says that while preparatory work is underway to open legal entities, checking accounts, etc., and they plan to start active work in a few months, Kommersant learned.
“Golden Apple”, in addition to the store in Kazakhstan, intends to enter another country, but which one was not reported.
Experts explain the expansion not only by the desire to increase turnover, but also by the desire to establish logistics chains for importing goods into Russia through third countries.
