Determination, education and experience are the top three factors for a successful career, according to a survey by job search service SuperJob. RBC reviewed the results.
7% of Russians are sure that decency and diligence help their career growth, and 6% are sure that activity and teamwork mean the least for their career.
One in five Russians answered that it is necessary to love the profession, and 16% of the respondents help their natural sociability to make a career.
17% blamed their age for professional failures. Another 16% saw the problem in an unfavorable market situation. 13% each blame their bosses or a lack of education for their professional failures. Another part of the Russians blames the lack of vacant management positions in the company for the failure.
