Service representatives noted that the leak actually occurred in July 2022. Then the Network received data about the buyers of the bus tickets: first and last names, phone numbers and email addresses. According to Tutu.ru’s press service, this is less than 1% of the total number of orders data.
At the same time, the company assured that it had eliminated the causes of the leak and continued to “improve the protective mechanisms.”
The information leaked from the service was commented on by the Telegram channel “Information Leaks”. Reportedly, this database was published by the same source that previously posted leaks from education service GeekBrains, Skolkovo School of Management, and Delivery Club delivery service. It was noted that the attack on Tutu.ru was carried out by foreign hackers.
