An iPhones.ru reader reported that an Apple Authorized Service Center refused to service his iPhone 11 under the AppleCare+ warranty.
At the time of receiving the device, experts claim that the program continues to work. However, after inspecting the device, they denied this information and stated that “at present, AppleCare + service in the territory of the Russian Federation is not possible.”

The company’s specialists said that the extended warranty is valid only in the country in which it was purchased. On all devices except iPad and Mac, for which AppleCare+ was purchased in Russia, continue to honor warranty service.
