MTS plans to buy TicketsCloud ticketing platform

The service will help the MTS structure, which already owns Ticketland and Ponominalu, to enter new niches, for example, the secondary ticketing market.

Since early 2023, event ticket sales have been on the rise again, experts say, which could also prompt other big companies to close deals.

In 2018, MTS acquired two Russian ticket operators, Ticketland and Ponominalu, for RUB 3.6 billion. Two years later, the company created a separate structure and a separate management – MTS Entertainment, headed by its co-founder Ponominalu Mikhail Minin.
