Windows 11: taskbar can be repositioned, indicates update

It is worth noting that there is still no official confirmation of when the innovation will be implemented or even whether it will be implemented. However, it seems that the functionality is less broken than in the first months of the system, suggesting that Microsoft is at least investigating this possibility.
