Couriers who have violated the rules of Yandex.Delivery will be able to request a review of the decision to restrict access to orders – a special committee of independent couriers will now begin to act for these purposes throughout Russia. This was reported to RB.RU by a service representative.

Yandex.Delivery will present a committee of independent couriers throughout Russia

Delivery has been testing the procedure for reviewing the order access restriction since November 2022 in five cities: Almetyevsk, Astrakhan, Saransk, Naberezhnye Chelny and Nalchik. As a result, the company decided to extend this practice to all regions where the service operates in Russia.

Each request to review the restriction of access to the service is checked by the analytical group, in which couriers participate on a voluntary basis, as well as a representative of Yandex.Delivery. The courier committee listens to arguments from both parties: the courier who submitted the request and the service representative. After that, the committee decides what to do: keep the restriction or restore access to orders.

Requests to cancel the restriction of access to orders will not be considered for confirmed serious violations: for example, if the courier transferred his account to another person or regularly violated the rules of the service.

A similar practice has been introduced on Yandex.Taxi since February 2021, a similar committee has been operating on Yandex.Food for more than a year, and it is planned to launch it on Yandex.Lavka as well.
