Swarovski CEO Alexis Nazard said in an interview with Trend magazine that the company will stop doing business in Russia altogether.

Nazard did not specify the timing of the implementation of the plans, but noted that the exit from the Russian market will be carried out in accordance with the laws and economic sanctions.

On March 4, 2022, the Austrian jewelry company Swarovski announced that it would stop selling its products in Russia. However, according to the Yandex.Maps service, the brand’s stores are still open. For example, there are seven Swarovski stores in Saint Petersburg.

Swarovski opened the first store of the brand in Russia in 2018 in Moscow.
