When asked about their attitude towards first place and their work experience, 69% of respondents said they remember their first job warmly. At the same time, 25% of respondents described their first job experience as important but painful. And 6% of survey respondents are still working in their first job.

Among the most popular first-experience open positions were a sales manager – 15%, a supporter – 14%, and a mechanic – 12%.

Among the most common difficulties and fears that clouded the first job experience in finding a job were the following: low wages – 69%, respondents in this ratio received less than 10 thousand rubles, and only 5 – more than 40 thousand; fear of lack of experience – 35%; fear of not getting a salary and not finding a common language with colleagues – 28%; boring and routine functionality – 30%; misunderstanding of the tasks set due to the lack of clear formulation on the part of the management – 13%.

The survey showed that the main factor contributing to employees’ willingness to stay in their current job is salary level. At the same time, 40% of respondents expected a salary increase of at least 5 thousand rubles after a year of work, 25% of respondents – 5-10 thousand, and 26% – 10-20 thousand.
