A Reddit user with the nickname ibreakphotos has revealed the secret of night photos of the moon taken on Samsung smartphones.
He downloaded a satellite image from the Internet, reduced its size to 170×170 and opened it on a tablet. Then he enlarged the picture so that it became blurry and turned off the lights in the room.
Who would have thought, but the Galaxy S20 Ultra captured a non-blurry photo, painted individual details on its own. The final image is very high quality.
In the viewfinder itself, the Moon was blurry, but it got detailed after visiting the finished photo.
If the camera feature is “Scene Optimization”, then the Moon will turn out blurry. It will not be finished by AI. [Reddit]
