Simply turn the base to switch from cooling to heating.

When the user puts their feet on the ground, the soft, bubble-like capsules on the cooling side compress air, forcing it into compact, reinforced cells on the hot side, and compress the air, creating a heating effect up to 4ºC. As it moves upwards, the air expands and returns to the soft cells on the cooling side, creating a cooling effect down to -3.5 ºC.

The user only feels the impact corresponding to the upward facing side, so he can turn the insole according to the weather conditions. These cells also provide natural cushioning.

Solecooler acknowledges that the Climfeet is not as effective as a battery-powered thermal management system, but unlike batteries, it conserves energy as long as the user continues to move.
