Since the beginning of 2022, the Russian operator Tele2 has twice gone to court for the refusal of Nokia and Ericsson to supply equipment, so in May a lawsuit was filed against a subsidiary of Nokia. And then in November, Tele2 filed a lawsuit in connection with Ericsson’s refusal to fulfill its obligations under contracts signed before sanctions were imposed on Russia.
Thus, it was learned that the parties were able to reach an out-of-court agreement on the supply of equipment within the scope of the contracts signed before the start of the special operations in Ukraine. The Moscow Arbitration Court accepted the refusal and closed the proceedings on 14 March.
