BYD smart watch has a 360×360 pixel resolution and a round dial with sapphire crystal glass. The body of the device is waterproof and there are control buttons on the sides. Using the clock, you can start the engine, open and close the doors and trunk, control the power windows and other car functions.
The device also features a “medical grade” heart rate sensor and can track calories, steps and blood oxygen levels. Smartwatches can be connected to smartphones running Android 4.4 and iOS 7.1 or higher via a dedicated app. The battery of the device has a capacity of 200 mAh and provides up to 30 days of standby time or up to seven days of active use.
The price and sales start date of the BYD smartwatches have not yet been announced. The device is only compatible with some BYD car models so far.
