Starbucks has been named the world’s most valuable restaurant brand for the seventh consecutive year by the consultancy Brand Finance. The second place is occupied by McDonald’s.
Starbucks’ value, based on the 2023 rating, increased 17% to $53.4 billion.
McDonald’s lost 7% in value, but managed to hold the second line of the list. Its cost was 36.9 billion dollars.
Third place was occupied by KFC: the value of this brand rose to $17.7 billion against $17.6 billion in 2022. In fourth place is Domino’s Pizza ($7.4 billion), in fifth is Subway ($7.053 million) and in sixth is Taco Bell ($7.05 billion).
The top ten most valuable restaurant brands also include Tim Hortons, Wendy’s, Burger King and Pizza Hut.
The fastest growing brand was Texas Roadhouse. During the year, the American chain of steakhouses managed to grow 56%, to $2.3 billion, the brand now operates 700 restaurants and plans to expand the network to 900 establishments.
